We fully understand that the significance of your event and will do everything we can to make the catering an integral part of your happiness on your special day. Take a look at our sample wedding menus and sample appetizer menus for an idea of what we can provide for you.

If you don't see exactly what you’re looking for, no problem. We have been doing this for a long time and we excel at catering to your needs and desires. We are happy to have our chefs work with you on a customized menu catered exactly to what you want. 

This is our most popular and guest friendly. During the pandemic all buffets are served by our staff.

Menus for this are flexible and can be tailored to your exact tastes. We have in the passed offered stations, but during the pandemic these are not suggested.

Typical menus for buffet service will include Salad, 2 or 3 Entrees including a vegetarian option and maybe a Chef Carving station, a potato, fresh vegetable and rolls and butter.

This includes Rolls and Butter on each table, plated Salads and Entrees. When planning plated Service, you may choose 1, 2 or 3 choices of entrees. For example one choice may be beef, with a potato and green beans, a vegetarian choice might be a Cavatappi Alfredo with Fresh Veggies, and a chicken choice might include a potato and veg choice. Or a double entrée plate that serves everyone.

Special diets and children's plates are also available.

This service requires Place cards with each guests meal choice and final numbers for each entrée choice must be included 3 weeks before the event with final guest count.

This is an all appetizer style of service and is for anyone looking for a less formal celebration than a sit down dinner. This is a combination of appetizer tables and passed appetizers. This is a fun unstructured night.

This is usually set up starting with a cold table and several passed apps while the wedding party takes photos during the traditional cocktail hour, and then hot appetizers are set up and more passed appetizers follow.

Food is generally out for about an hour and a half, until guests naturally gravitate to the sweets table or cake. Late night often follows with this type of service.

This is currently unavailable due to pandemic restrictions. As soon as we can, and when it is safe, we will be offering this style of service.
